How it works

From first call to a live tour.

Every project follows the same eight steps, so nothing depends on memory: a unique project ID, a client folder, a signed scope, an invoice record, source files, final exports and a delivery checklist.

  1. 1

    Lead qualification

We understand the business, the space, its size, location, budget and what you need delivered.

  2. 2

    Proposal and approval

A written scope, quotation, schedule, payment terms and usage conditions.

  3. 3

    Site preparation

Access, lighting, restricted areas, privacy requirements and capture positions confirmed.

  4. 4

    360° capture

Each planned viewpoint photographed with consistent positioning, exposure and overlap.

  5. 5

    Processing

Panoramas stitched, inspected, corrected and exported; sensitive details removed.

  6. 6

    Tour assembly

Viewpoints connected, navigation and branding added, the delivery platform set up.

  7. 7

    Quality assurance

Navigation, image clarity, mobile display, loading and links all tested.

  8. 8

    Delivery and closure

Balance collected, links and files delivered, sign-off, and a review request.

Before we arrive

Getting your space ready.

A few things make the difference between a good tour and a great one.

  • Lights on

Every light working, blinds set the same way in every room.

  • Clutter cleared

Bags, boxes, cables and paperwork out of sight.

  • People informed

Staff and guests know a capture is happening.

  • Private areas listed

Tell us what not to capture. We never do.
